- The offer of an electronic Happy Way Voucher in the amount of AU$25 (“$25 Voucher”) is only valid for Happy Way Prospective Customers and is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
- “Prospective Customer” means a person who has:
- previously submitted their contact details to Happy Way Pty. Ltd. (ACN 605 576 780) (“Happy Way”) via the Happy Way website but has not purchased a Happy Way product via the Happy Way website;
- fully completed and submitted the results of the online Happy Way Product Survey (“Survey”) to Happy Way via Survey Monkey by 5:00pm (AEST) on 12 July 2019; and
- provided their full name and email address by clicking the link at the end of the Survey and completing the Klaviyo contact details form by 5:00pm (AEST) on 12 July 2019.
- Happy Way will use reasonable endeavours to provide a $25 Voucher to each Customer by email to the email address nominated via the Klaviyo contact details form instantly upon Survey completion and contact details submission.
- The offer of a $25 Voucher is:
- Valid for orders over $50
- not valid for international Prospective Customers residing outside of Australia;
- limited to one offer of a $25 Voucher per Prospective Customer; and
- not transferrable, cannot be redeemed for cash, used to cover any portion of product shipping costs or purchase Happy Way merchandise, or be used in conjunction with other offers.
- The $25 Voucher must be fully redeemed by 5:00pm (AEST) on 1 October 2019.
- Happy Way is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer system, software or internet difficulties, including any failure of a Survey to be sent by a Prospective Customer or received by Happy Way or damage to any computer, resulting from participation in the Survey or the above offer of a $25 Voucher.
- No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected Surveys or Klaviyo contact details forms.
- Any costs associated with accessing or submitting a Survey are the responsibility of the person who accesses or submits the Survey.
- Despite any provision of these Terms and Conditions and to the extent permitted by law, Happy Way will not be liable for any loss, damage, claim or liability however arising from the above offer, the provision of or any delay in the provision of the $25 Voucher, such as for reasons that are beyond Happy Way’s control.
- Happy Way reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of any information provided to Happy Way by a person seeking to accept the above offer or disqualify any person who: is not a Prospective Customer; submits a Survey that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; or who tampers with the above offer, the Survey or submissions of Surveys. The decision to verify, validate or disqualify a Prospective Customer or their Survey is in Happy Way’s reasonable discretion and Happy Way’s decision is final.
